With over a decade of experience in the roofing and construction industry, Tyler leads the Waggoner Roofing & Restorations team with a commitment to excellence and integrity. Focused on creating a successful and constructive environment for everyone who walks into the office, he has built a company culture that directly reflects in the quality workmanship and exceptional customer service we provide. When he's not leading the team or working on roofs, Tyler enjoys inshore fishing, golf, and spending quality time with his family.
Garrett Gibson
Sales & Project Manager
Garrett has spent years mastering his craft in the roofing industry, building long-lasting relationships with customers through his genuine care and "people before profit" mentality. His leadership and unwavering faith guide the team in the right direction every day. The entire Waggoner Roofing team looks up to Garrett for his positive, upward-facing attitude and commitment to excellence. When he's not managing projects or serving customers, Garrett dedicates his time to God and his family. You'll occasionally find him swinging a golf club or watching his favorite sports.
Brenda Gibson
Office Administrator
Brenda is the voice and heartbeat of the Waggoner Roofing office. She expertly handles all invoicing, payment tracking, check writing, and assists anyone inside or outside the office at any time with a smile. Her joyful presence and positive energy make her a beloved member of the team. Brenda is bilingual, which is an invaluable asset in serving our diverse Katy, TX community. When she's not keeping the office running smoothly, Brenda dedicates her time to God and caring for her family.
Matthew Vigil

Matthew is an extremely knowledgeable sales professional with a drive to learn and grow every day. He dedicates his time in the office to building strong relationships with customers and his fellow team members. It doesn't take long to realize you can trust Matthew with your home and roof—he truly is a gem to have on the Waggoner Roofing team. When he's not working or attending college classes, Kyle enjoys sports and spending time with his girlfriend and pup.

He works diligently to integrate new technology and AI solutions into the company, focusing the majority of his time on optimizing local search engines and enhancing the Waggoner Roofing website. His forward-thinking approach keeps the company competitive in the digital landscape. When he's not implementing the latest tech innovations or attending college classes, Wade is watching sports—especially football. He's also a firm believer that the Denver Broncos are the best NFL team (a claim that sparks plenty of friendly office debate!).
